For this reason, we cannot offer guarantees of specific results such as job offers, promotions, or income increases. We can promise that after working with us, you’ll be better prepared, more confident, and equipped with the tools and strategies to maximise your chances of success. Warranty & Refund Policy

At Terri Homans Curated Careers, we are committed to delivering our services as scheduled and to the highest professional standard.

• Session Cancellations by Us
  If we need to cancel a scheduled session and are unable to offer you a suitable rescheduled time within a reasonable timeframe, you will be entitled to a full refund for that session.

• Session Cancellations by You
  If you cancel an appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice, you will receive a full refund for that session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling
  You may reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost once. Any subsequent reschedules for the same appointment will incur a 50% additional fee of the session cost.

• Learning Module Purchases
  Refunds for online learning modules will only be provided if you cancel before accessing the content.
  If you have purchased an online learning bundle and are dissatisfied, a pro-rata refund may be provided for any unopened modules, at our discretion.

This policy ensures fairness while protecting the value of our time, resources, and intellectual property.

Terri Homans (Curated Careers) business is endorsed by the Career Industry Council of Australia and holds the qualifications of a Bachelor of Counselling (with Distinction) and a Graduate Certificate of Career Development (with Distinction). We guarantee that our services will be delivered with due care and skill, ensuring they are fit for the purpose as outlined by the client. Our advice and support will be aligned with the client's goals and provided within a reasonable timeframe, unless a specific period is agreed upon. We will undertake due diligence to ensure that any information provided is true and accurate at the time of delivery.
