About Me

My career journey began in customer service and administration, where I quickly learned the importance of communication, empathy, and creating positive experiences for others. Like many people, I didn’t start with a clear direction. I explored different roles, often stepping into opportunities that came my way rather than ones I intentionally chose. Each role taught me valuable skills and gave me satisfaction in doing the job well, but over time I realised I wanted something more, something that truly aligned with my values, interests, and purpose.

That realisation set me on a career exploration journey of my own, one that ultimately led me to become a career consultant dedicated to helping others find the same clarity and fulfilment I discovered for myself.

Today, I’m a post-graduate-qualified counsellor and career coach who believes every client is the master of their own journey. My role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, skills coaching, and practical strategies to help you move forward with confidence and purpose.

With experience as a university career consultant and employability skills trainer for a national training organisation, I bring both professional insight and lived experience as a mature student, career changer, and return-to-work professional. I’m a Professional Member of both the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA) and the National Association of Graduate Career Advisory Services (NAGCAS).

My approach is grounded in counselling and career development theory, with a solution-focused, evidence-based style that helps clients turn their goals into action. I’m genuinely energised by helping people navigate change, make confident career choices, and create work lives where they can not only survive but thrive.
